Coolmarket Delivery Policy
The following sets out the provisions of CoolMarket’s delivery policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to deprive a purchaser of any applicable statutory rights and is strictly subject to applicable law including Jamaica’s Sale of Goods Legislation and the Electronic Commerce Act.
CoolMarket offers delivery to all fourteen (14) of Jamaica, within two(2) business days. To guarantee timely delivery, we must have complete addresses, full name, and daytime phone numbers. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Orders that contain products from multiple sellers, may arrive separately and possibly on different days. If there is a delay in receiving your order, feel free to contact customer care at [email protected].
Delivery notifications are sent to the email address you used when you created your CoolMarket account.
Orders may be delivered to your home, office, or other location of your choice as long as it is within Jamaica.
- Banned Substances
If an order is damaged during transportation, we will provide you with a full refund without charge. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to our returns policy for full return instructions.
N.B. If a package appears to have been tampered with in any way, customers are encouraged to decline the delivery and inform CoolMarket immediately. CoolMarket will not accept responsibility if a report is not made within 24 hours.
At this time the Coolmarket.com serves destinations within Jamaica only. We are unable to ship orders outside of Jamaica.
