Coolmarket Delivery Policy
The following sets out the provisions of Coolmarket’s delivery policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to deprive a purchaser of any applicable statutory rights and is strictly subject to applicable law including Jamaica’s Sale of Goods legislation and the Electronic Commerce Act.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective April 1st – April 8th, during the all Island curfew. Orders placed on coolmarket.com after 2:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
CoolMarket offers safe and fast delivery to all fourteen (14) Parishes. Same day delivery on groceries is available for the listed locations:
- St. Andrew
All other deliveries will be honored within two (2) business days.
To guarantee timely delivery, we must have complete addresses, full name, and daytime phone numbers. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes at this time.
Orders are packaged and shipped from Monday through Saturday and exclude public holidays. Orders with multiple vendors, will arrive in separate shipments and possibly on different days. If there is a delay in receiving your order, feel free to contact support at [email protected]
When an order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent within 12 hours, via the email address provided upon registration.
Orders may be shipped to your home, office or other location of your choice as long it is within Jamaica.
- Banned Substances
If an order is damaged during shipment we will provide you with a full refund without charge. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to our returns policy for full return instructions.
N.B. If a package appears to have been tampered with in any way, customers are encouraged to decline the delivery and inform CoolMarket immediately. CoolMarket will not accept responsibility if a report is not made within 48 hours.
At this time the Coolmarket.com serves destinations within Jamaica only. We are unable to ship orders outside of Jamaica.
