Coolmarket Delivery Policy

The following sets out the provisions of Coolmarket’s delivery policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to deprive a purchaser of any applicable statutory rights and is strictly subject to applicable law including Jamaica’s Sale of Goods legislation and the Electronic Commerce Act.

DELIVERY

All orders processed on Coolmarket.com may be shipped using our fast, reliable and secure delivery service.

To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses and daytime phone numbers. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All orders are processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 12 hours by means of  the email address you provided when you registered. 

Orders may be shipped to your home, office or other location of your choice as long it is in Jamaica.

  • Perishables

If an order is damaged during shipment we will provide you with a full refund without charge.  The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to our returns policy for full return instructions.

N.B. If a package appears to have been tampered with in anyway, customers are encouraged to decline delivery and inform CoolMarket immediately. CoolMarket will not accept responsibility if a report is not made within 48 hours. 

International Shipping

At this time the Coolmarket.com serves destinations within Jamaica only.  We’re unable to ship orders outside of Jamaica.
