CoolMarket Delivery Policy
The following sets out the provisions of CoolMarket’s delivery policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to deprive a purchaser of any applicable statutory rights and is strictly subject to applicable law including Jamaica’s Sale of Goods Legislation and the Electronic Commerce Act.
CoolMarket provides delivery to all fourteen (14) Parishes of Jamaica. To guarantee prompt delivery, we require complete addresses, full name, and contact number(s). Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Orders with items from multiple sellers, may arrive separately and possibly on different days and can take anywhere between 2 to 5 business days. If you experience a delay in receiving your order, you may contact customer care via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 876-618-4553.
Delivery notifications are sent to the email address provided when your account was created on CoolMarket.com.
Orders may be delivered to your home, office, or any other location of your choice as long as it is within Jamaica.
- Banned Substances
If an order is damaged during transportation, we will provide you with a full refund without charge. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to our returns policy for full return instructions.
N.B. If a package appears to have been tampered with in any way, customers are encouraged to decline the delivery and inform CoolMarket immediately. CoolMarket will not accept responsibility if a report is not made within 24 hours.
CoolMarket.com does not offer delivery outside of Jamaica.
