Quick Oven "Stir-Fry": Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread 4 cups cut-up fresh vegetables onto foil-covered baking sheet. Cut 1 lb. pork tenderloin into strips, then coat with glaze mix as directed on package; place over vegetables. Sprinkle with any remaining glaze mix. Bake 20 min. or until meat is done. Serve over hot cooked rice.
BBQ Chicken Wings: Coat 2 lbs. chicken wings with flour. Dip in beaten egg, then coat with 2 pkt. coating mix and bake in 400 degrees F oven 30 min. or until done.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Moisten 2-1/2 lb. bone-in chicken pieces (about 6 pieces) or 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 breasts) with water or moisten 6 to 8 (1/2-inch-thick) bone-in or boneless pork chops with water.
1. Shake chicken or chops, 1 piece at a time, with 1 pkt. coating mix in shaker bag. Discard bag and any remaining coating mix.
2. Bake on ungreased or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for chicken, or 145 degrees F for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer).
Bone-in: 45 min. Boneless: 20 min.
Let chops stand 3 min. before serving.
Do not cover or turn chicken or pork chops while baking.
