TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Duration of the promotion: July 15th, 2024 - October 14th, 2024.
2. Eligibility:
· This promotion is open to all new and existing LASCO GOLD Visa Prepaid Cardholders ("Cardholders").
· Cardholders must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Jamaica.
· Employees, contractors and contracted workers of CoolMarket, LASCO Financial Services Limited (LFSL), its subsidiary LASCO Microfinance Ltd, and their immediate families (e.g. Mother, father, spouses and siblings) are not eligible to participate.
3. Cashback Mechanics:
· To qualify for the $2,000 cashback reward
o Cardholders must complete a single transaction on CoolMarket for a minimum of $15,000 (inclusive of GCT.) during the promotion period.
· A maximum of $2,000 cashback will be awarded per Cardholder within 24 hours after the qualifying transaction.
· The total cashback reward provided by LASCO Financial Services is capped at $500,000 and will be distributed to a maximum of 250 Cardholders on a first-come, first-served basis.
· The funds added to the Cardholder’s LASCO GOLD card can be used for any purchase or to cover the card’s monthly fees.
4. Spot Prizes
· Prizes are not transferable. There can be no assignment or substitution of any prize.
· Bi-weekly spot prizes will be awarded throughout the promotion period.
· Prizes will consist of gift bags containing branded merchandise from LFSL and CoolMarket (Online and in-store). Prizes will also include ten (10) gift vouchers for ‘Dinner for two’ at Bamboo Blu valued at $10,000 per couple, twenty-five (25) Cool Oasis Gas station vouchers valued at $2,000 per voucher, and twenty-five (25) Tastee vouchers valued at $1,000.
· Winners will be chosen randomly from the list of persons who have spent $15,000 (inclusive of GCT.) or more instore or online using their LASCO GOLD Visa Prepaid Card

General Terms
· The minimum amount of $15,000 (inclusive of GCT.) must be met in a single transaction to qualify, i.e.- multiple transactions cannot be combined to meet the threshold.
· Cashback rewards are limited to one per cardholder per day.
· This offer cannot be combined with other cashback offers or discounts.
· A total cashback value of $500,000 will be awarded to customers who qualify after every $15,000 (inclusive of GCT.) transaction (250 customers).
· This promotion will be valid until the end of the three-month promotion period, or until the $500,000 cashback reward has been depleted; whichever comes first. That is, LFSL has provided a pool of funds, valuing $500,000 for the period and each cashback reward will be pulled from the pool of funds, during the period. Where the total $500,000 is depleted in cashback before the promotion ends, no more cashback will be paid to LASCO GOLD Cardholders.
· Cashback will be reflected in the LASCO GOLD cardholder’s account within 24 hours (the following day).
· CoolMarket and LFSL reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, in consultation with the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
· Cashback rewards will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the pool is depleted.
· All purchases must be made on the CoolMarket e-commerce platform or in the retail store to qualify for cashback rewards.
· All decisions made by CoolMarket and LFSL regarding the promotion are final and binding, in consultation with the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
· Participation in this promotion signifies the Cardholder's agreement to these terms and conditions.
· CoolMarket and LFSL will not be held liable for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the promotion period.
· LASCO Financial Services and CoolMarket reserve the right to disqualify any Cardholder suspected of fraudulent activity.
