Returns or Exchanges
At Go price, if you’re not satisfied with the item(s) you received, then we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for any items in new condition.
1. Please Email us : gopricegreen@gmail.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Give us a call at 18764530574 to pick up the returned items at our given location.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Replacement will be done on the same day. Once your replacement has been issued, you will receive a return confirmation email.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be in original condition (not damaged, washed, or altered in any way)
- Items must be returned with original packaging; complete with all manuals and accessories
- Warranty seal must not be broken
- Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing must not be worn
The following items may not be returned without them being defective or them having been an error on our part: some printers & scanners, keyboards, mice, mobile phones, TVs, home theatres, stereos/boomboxes, DVD players, inks & toners, fragrances, Hygiene products (such as deodorants), software and game CDs. Gift cards are maybe exchangeable.
Note: The original shipping fee(s) are non-refundable. The returns will be made at your own cost. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
