  1. 2.     CAN I USE OTHER COFFEE CAPSULES OR ONLY NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® CAPSULES?

This machine is designed for Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® coffee capsules. Our capsules and machines were designed to interact together. Additionally, the unique and innovative Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® capsule technology produces the high quality beverages for which Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® is known.

 

  1. 3.     HOW DO THE CAPSULES WORK?

The capsules are created with patented smart capsule technology that regulate the pressure that goes into them to give you coffee-shop quality beverages every time. To make the perfect cup of coffee, the coffee should not be opened or reused.

 

  1. 4.     WHAT WATER SHOULD I USE TO FILL THE WATER TANK AND PREPARE MY BEVERAGES?

To achieve a coffee-shop quality beverage, it is recommended that bottled water be used. Tap water may also be used as long as long as it is free of odours that might alter the taste of the beverage. Your manual will have helpful information about water hardness and the impact on frequency of descaling. Do not reuse water nor use milk or cold water as this may compromise the taste of your drink.
