Q: Who can shop on CoolMarket?

Q: What are CoolMarket Rewards Points?
A) CoolMarket rewards points are part of the CoolMarket loyalty program. Shoppers can earn points on every purchase, 1 point for every $250 spent. These points can be accumulated and redeemed for a discount towards a future purchase. When redeeming rewards points, 1 point = $1.
Q: Can I earn points on CoolMarket without creating an account?
A) To earn rewards points you must be a registered user on CoolMarket.com. Simply log in to your account to view your rewards points balance and start redeeming.
Q: How do I register to use your services?
A) Click on the tab, “create an account” located at the top right-hand corner of the website and enter your details. If you forget to do this at the beginning, no worries, you will be prompted to register at checkout.
Q: I have a user account with CoolMarket but forgot my password, what should I do?
A) This is an easy one. Click “Sign in” from the top of the CoolMarket page, then click on the forgot password link. You will be prompted to enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered on CoolMarket with). The new password will automatically be sent to the registered email address.
Q: How do I use my rewards points for advertising discounts?
A) You may start redeeming points, once you have accumulated 250 points. To redeem points for advertising discounts, simply send us a WhatsApp message to (876) 371-3818 with the text “REDEEM NOW” or email us at marketing@coolmarket with ‘REDEEM NOW’ in the email subject line.
Q: Do reward points expire?
A) Unused points will expire in one year.
Q) Are rewards points transferable?
A) Unfortunately, rewards points are non-transferable.
Q) Can I use my CoolMarket account to shop for others
A) Yes, feel free to use your account to shop for your friends and family and have the items delivered to their respective addresses. This will allow you to grow your points standing quickly.
Q) Can I use my points to cover 100% of my advertising expense?
A) This offer only covers up to 50% of your advertising expense. The difference in cost may be settled via a cash payment, cheque payment, bank transfer, credit card or visa debit card.
Q) If I don’t want to advertise can my points be used elsewhere?
A) Certainly, your rewards points may be applied to your CoolMarket.com purchases, at checkout. At "Checkout" select your payment method and below select the option ‘Apply Reward Points’ by selecting the dropdown.
Q) Can I cash in my points for money?
A) Rewards points may either be redeemed as an Advertising discount or applied to your CoolMarket.com purchases.
