Rules Governing the Spend20Get20 Back to School Campaign Promotion:

• Campaign will run from July 15,2023 to September 10,2023.
• Spend $20,000 (excluding GCT) or more for a chance to win a weekly cash prize of $20,000.
• Entrants must be legal residents of Jamaica and registered CoolMarket customers, at least 18 years old to enter.
• Each transaction of 20k upward will be an automatic entry.
• Users are permitted multiple entries once it’s in a different qualifying transaction. Example: If you clear your cart today at 20,000 upwards and then shop again in the same period as the draw that will be 2 entries.
• Weekly winners are eligible to win the grand prize but weekly winners are not allowed to win weekly prizes more than once.
• Winners will be posted on CoolMarket’s Instagram and Facebook pages weekly.
• Customers are only eligible to win prizes once during the campaign period.
• Winners will be contacted via email and mobile for up to 3 attempts within a three-day period, using the contact information provided when they made their qualifying purchase. If we are unable to make contact with the winners the prize will be forfeited and retained by CoolMarket
• Winners will be given a claiming period of 30 days from the date of confirmed contact to claim their prize. A valid government ID (driver’s license, passport, voters ID) will be required to confirm the winners' age of 18 years or older. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in the prize being retained by CoolMarket. Applicants will not be able to transfer their prize and non-cash prizes cannot be redeemable for cash.
