- Wash your hands before preparing baby's food.
- Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.
- Warm 3.2 oz. (95mL) of milk and pour into a bowl.
- Add 2 Tbsp. (15g) of Infant Cereal.
- Stir until smooth.
- Remember to always feed your baby with a clean spoon. 1 serving = 15g Nestum® + 95mL milk.
