Chemical Constituents Of Noni Juice
Noni Juice is a rich source of vitamin C and potassium, and compounds such as damnacanthal, scopoletin, rubiadin and morindone which have been shown to possess potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The high levels of quercetin may be responsible for its potential antihistamine effects.
